Ben Summit is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully represented people of all ages, experiences, and backgrounds in trials, mediations, and out of court negotiations.
Mr. Summit earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks in 1994 and a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997. He learned courtroom advocacy through years of intense criminal defense and civil trial practice at the Alaska Public Defender Agency representing a wide range of clients.
In 2010, Mr. Summit moved to the island of Maui. He maintains an active law practice, vigorously representing the people of Hawaii. He is currently licensed to practice in Alaska (inactive) and Hawaii.
